When I was a kid growing up in the Chicago suburbs we only got pizza from one local place. It had a thin crunchy crust and it was cut into squares. I loved eating the corner triangle pieces. When I was around 10 or so I was at a friend’s house and they ordered pizza from Little Ceasers. It had a thick soft doughy crust and it was cut into wedges like a pie. It was very confusing.

I’m from the Chicago area too, but when I moved away, I found all these doughy crusts cut into wedges. Ohio has no clue how to make good pizza.
Little Caesar’s pizza is awesome, but the one in my area shut down : ( Luckily, we have a Chicago style pizza place we go to now, and the deep dish there is awesome.

There’s a place on the edge of “Hell’s Kitchen” in Manhattan NYC that sells surprisingly good pizza for only $1-per-slice.. 24-hrs-a-day!!!

most pizza in Aust. is just triangles.. i dont like thin crust pizza though.. always get the thick crust.. so so sooo good!!

Pizza Hut pizzas all have triangle pizzas….except for the great Bigfoot. Does anyone remember that? It was the best pizza around. It was great for parties when I was a kid. I’m always hoping that they’ll bring it back.

I have met people who have moved here permanently after trying Hells on holiday. Because of the pizza.
The pizza that we get that’s cut into squares with a thin, crunchy crust is from Cassano’s. Then again, if you grew up in Chicago, I’m only about 4.5 hours from where you lived. Or so. I’m from Quincy, IL – not that you’ve ever heard of it. Trust me, you haven’t. XD Nobody else has.
