Is that the same brand of hot dog from the Three Stooges’ “Malice In The Palace”?
When I’m making my own, chili, mustard, cheese, some onions chopped or grilled, relish, various combos of those. Someone else cooks, or around here if some business is having open house or customer appreciation days, and have free hot dogs, just mustard and relish, whatever is available.
When I have them (I actually prefer Italian sausage), I usually have them with cheese, mustard, ketchup (yes, ketchup. I know that this will offend purists, but I really don’t care) and chili with onions or sweet relish.
I like mustard and diced tomatoes and pickle relish or, better yet, onion relish. If no onion relish, then just sauteed onions.
India relish is a must.
As boring as this may sound, I never put any condiments whatsoever on a hotdog! Not that I eat hotdogs that very often, but anyway…
Mustard and ajvar (look it up on wikipedia).
Ketchup, chilli-saus and fried onions (not the ring kind) and maybe some cheese.
This one made me laugh out loud.
I fry my dogs in olive oil and sprinkle them with chilli powder and garlic powder then put good old Heinz Ketchup on the bun
My hot dogs don’t have condiment allergy (I use to put mustard and whatever is available and seems halfways fit on them – this includes tiny amounts of honey btw), but they get diarrhea from that sometimes so I have to walk them outside. But it is rather difficult to leash them in time.
My usual is ketchup, mustard, relish. Sometimes I add chopped onions and/or hot sauce or those sliced hot peppers.
Sometimes, I eat them with butter and salt. Nothing else. I guess that one is kinda weird, and definitely un-healthy.
Either ketchup and relish, or chili and American cheese.
When it comes to hot dog toppings there are only 3 for me. Sweet Baby Ray honey barbecue sauce, ketchup and bean. It’s rare that I mix condiments though
