Chapter: Comics
When I was a kid my dreams would change daily. “I want to be president! I want to be an astronaut! I want to be Spider-Man!” I think adults tend to focus more on one thing. One goal. If they don’t reach it they just give up. “Well, I guess I’m just gonna do this forever instead.” Sometimes we forget that we can have new dreams. A new sparkle in your eye.

I had a lot of different dreams as a kid, too. I wanted to travel to outer space, build my own helicopter/spacecraft thingy, own a pet Pokemon, find a treasure…
I don’t have that many dreams nowadays, but there is one thing that would be really awesome… I want to grow my own tree, and show it to people when I’m older and the tree has grown big. This is why I keep the seeds from fruits… :3
It would be really cool if I could own a pet Houndoom, though, but that kind of dreams aren’t as much fun now as when I was a little kid…
Besides, Bulbasaur would make a waaaay better pet than Houndoom
Always thought that every new kid should come with a tree. So new parents, either drop that fruit seed in a gallon of compost, or stop by the nursery for a sapling this month while the idea is fresh!
What would be neat, would be a tree that would grow up into a house, for that kid to live in. It might, with the current state of AG, take a ring of saplings, trained and woven together, with frames for doors and windows, to make a hollow little grove. In twenty years, you’ll have something.
A friend told me his relatives in farm country planted a far border of their place in walnut, and while they harvested the nuts every year, the wood became their retirement stake. You have to think looong with these ideas.
“Take, these broken dreams,
And put them at the curb,
In the proper bin!”
