Chapter: Comics
We had some freezing rain here recently. I didn’t know until I took the dog out for a walk. The grass appeared to be normal until I stepped on it. I left footprints of crushed ice that looked like snow. Like I was some sort of snow creature leaving snowy prints through the lawn.
I should make a new tag for Biff with shards of something embedded in his face. I think that a whole category at this point.
Tags: bubblegum, cold, winter
That looks painful! And yes, I think that a new tag with “shards” or something (maybe even “shards in the face”) would be a good idea! It’s a good thing that Biff doesn’t get any scars from all these shards…
You could just tag every strip where Biff gets hurt, but then you’d have to tag pretty much every strip in the entire collection. So never mind.
I also thought maybe tag every strip where Biff loses a body part, but looking back it seems you already tag them with the part that’s missing. So never mind.
At the Gallery, I would listen to the radio, and before the local staion went under, they used to play ABC’s news. One really cold winter across the nation, they played a sound byte from up North. It was a light, musical chiming sound, then said what it was: a DJ was blowing bubbles, and they were freezing in the air, and shattering as they fell to the pavement.
There should be penalties for giving bubble gum to someone with a full beard… It can take an hour to remove that first careless bubble, while co-workers in the hybrid lab snicker behind their hands.
And now that I have a partial plate, I’ve given up ordinary gum too!
