They can make tacos in a taco truck so quickly I wish they drove them around like ice cream trucks. I guess the stuff in back has to be all closed up and locked down when it’s driving and so that would eat up a lot of time. It would just be great to have fresh tacos drive up to your house like that for lunch in the summer.
“Mom, I hear the music! The taco truck is coming!”

The cheese looks melted but not the good kind of melted.
In parts of San Diego, there’s a taco stand practically every other block… If you live in the right neigborhoods, there’s no need to commute by rocket to get your yummy-taco-goodness fix.
Did you know Taco Time is an actual chain?
There is a place called Taco Time where I live. Pat Cashman, a local media personality is the spokesman.
Some enterprising young soul will find a way to assemble fresh tacos while the truck is in motion, and the True Taco Truck will be rolling through neighborhoods someday. And it will play “The Lonely Bullfighter.”
Maybe with enough preparation using slots and containers and stuff a Tacomobile could wander the streets, loudspeaker calling out a cheerful latin jingle, locals flagging it down and arguing over red sauce vs green.
we have a pizza truck in Fishtown (philadelphia)! it’s got lights on it and rings a bell as it drives around. the kids run down the street waving their dollar bills – pizza! pizza!
sadly their pizza isn’t worth listening for the ring of the pizza truck.
