I of course had a meeting first thing in the morning when I ran into a less extreme example than the above. I had to keep making excuses to partially get out of my chair so that I could sit back down in very specific ways that would possibly relieve my situation. It wasn’t until I went to use the bathroom after the meeting that I realized the problem was that my underwear was on backwards.

I REALLY don’t get the title, if it’s not some kind of disturbing simile.
What’s worse than having your underwear on backwards? How about wearing someone else’s underwear?

In any case, avoid those Thong underwear if putting them on backwards is an issue….
the only thing worse than a wedgie is a wet wedgie…….. what there annoying even when in swim trunks……what i was swimming when a bully gave me a wedgie
