I feel like there’s a big gap in quality between fast food and high end restaurants. I think I’m always satisfied with fast food because I know what to expect and it’s over quickly. A middling restaurant adds a big wait time to be seated, a wait for your food to arrive and quadruple the price for food that isn’t much better.
