#928 – Timing

I had this problem a lot as a kid. I would frequently get some sort of glow-in-the-dark toy early in the day. I would then spend hours going in and out of closets or under blankets to play with it. I once got a new frisbee and was really excited to try it out but it was just turning dark outside. Wound up with a bruise on my forehead that night. There was one summer though where everything worked out perfectly when I got a glow-in-the-dark frisbee.

    Aww, that’s great. You should have had the tips of his eyebrows poking out of the ice, methinks.

    Regards,

    James

    I use to have a problem with modeling clay. I’d need it for a project then seconds within getting home from buying it at the supply store, it would be all over the place. I’d need to take another trip out to get more, most of it being ruined or jammed in the carpet bu then.

    At least he’ll be able to breath until spring. Let’s hope the groundhog doesn’t see his shadow this year.

    I was just thinking that this is a lot better than some of the circumstances he’s gotten himself into.

    @PTTG

    Yeah, the eyebrows would’ve set this off… totally not complaining, though, it’s still damn funny.

    Hmm, I think you are right about the eyebrows. I’ll probably add them when I’m setting up the file for the book.

  12. Random says:

    As everyone else says, I am glad he can breath as well.

  13. Church says:

    Lets hope that snorkle has a phone in it so biff can call any friend to put some mashed potatoes down the snorkle so biff won’t starve

    You know, Chris, it may or may not seem a very strange thing for me to say, but there are times when this webcomic reminds me, in value tones, of that comic strip I loved as a kid, Calvin and Hobbes, even though the two strips are nothing alike!

    I think it is due to Calvin’s unique way of seeing things, and total laugh value overall. This is my favorite webcomic, and I love sharing it with my friends.

    been reading for a while now…and yes i know its late but did not get to see this till today….why does biff need a snorkel? he can breath water, due to his amphibian heritage.

    Yes on the eyebrow bit, jahgs – that would have been epic.
