#896 – Milled

Chapter: Comics
Strange that I could never get into using treadmills. I don’t really mind walking. When I lived in Boston I wound up walking for an hour or two each day. But at the gym I always favor the incline bikes. I guess I like to feel more like I’m relaxing while exercising.

Did he get turned into flour? O_o
Is Biff a snowman? That would explain his tone. Though he’d still be a snowman with antennae for eyes.
Bad idea to jog by a window during a heatwave.
I think this is the first eyebrow-free comic ever 😀
It’s okay…If he has recovered from a greasy black mark on the ground (#774), this is no problem for him…Just add some water…
Yeah, it’s Biff. He’ll be fine. I don’t think that “indestructible” even begins to describe that boy’s resiliency.
I felt like that a few times, this summer. (turned to powder, not indestructible) I was riding my bike, almost every day. Usually it was a nearly relentlessly uphill five mile ride. At least the five miles back home, were pretty easy.
(crotchety old man voice) When I was your age we had to bike 20 miles to school every day, in the snow, uphill, both ways!

Ahahahaha….
I love to walk! I have since I was fifteen and discovered how lovely it was to get out on my own so my mind could wander without distractions (aside from the need to cross the street, and my parents convinced I was meeting a boyfriend in secret until two weeks of ‘surprising’ me out on my walks convinced them otherwise).
I turned that up to high gear this year in an effort to lose weight (43 lbs of it…success) and nothing frustrates me more than being trapped inside during the winter and unable to get out if the weather is bad. I’ve wanted a treadmill for years, but I could never afford one. It matters little where I walk so long as I keep moving, and I can go for several miles without getting tired (work is a mile away and I walk there rain or shine).
Over time I became rather thin-blooded so weather doesn’t affect me that much, and in the summer I carry water with me. I see that Biff has yet to develop those qualities.
Two possible themes this week. “It’s important to…” week, or biff’s health week….
@Three of nineteen
Well, not necessarily “ever” (take a look at the very first Biff comic).
And there are a couple of other no-eyebrow comic (remember Biff drinking a very hot coffee?). 🙂
To grow a Biff, just add water :). I’ve never felt like turning into powder after exercising, but I have wished I was able to melt. Drinking water is very important.
Important health tips week?
Hmm, white Biff powder. Wonder what happens if you snort pure Biff?
I think this is a star trek reference. There was one episode which showed a crew after they had all of the water sucked out of them as piles of minerals. Yes, I am a nerd.
sco3tt: Pure, unadulterated awesome.
Either that or you sneeze.
No one got the old Batman reference?! REALLY?
Does noone remember the cheesy *SMACK*, *POW*, *WHAMMO*, and most importantly *BIFF*?
The shark-repellent spray?
The be-spandexed Robin and the Batnipples?
Older than the original startrek? I don’t believe so. Cornier? Sometimes, it’s hard to say, but YES.
Also, is this supposed to be a pun between tread-MILL and and the grinding of real mills?
OK, you got the reference, but then got sidetracked before you mention it. In the ’60s Batman movie, a team of arch villains dehydrates a group of world leaders.
did he melt?
