Chapter: Comics
Traffic can be so random around here. Most days it takes me an hour to get home but occasionally it can take two and a half. There never seems to be any reason for it. An extra thousand people just decided to take the same road as me on those days. I think the worst part is that people driving home from work are very angry. They really want to get home fast and any sign of traffic slow down causes them to drive like a maniac zipping in and out of the lanes. I think I have one close call every two weeks on this route.

I just got an apartment that’s a five minute bike ride, ten minute rollerblade, or fifteen(ish) minute walk away from work. It’s pretty sweet. Oddly enough, it’s about a fifteen minute drive, too.
Down with suburbia! 🙂
Also: First post?
Hm, its easy for me to go to work and back.
I happen to live in the same building I work…in.
. . .
CONTINUITY?!
aaand.. i wish that would work.
wait, i don’t drive yet! *grumbles*
Nice car.. this comic reminds me of Silent Kimbly.
Try coming to L.A., you’ll have a close call every two minutes..
How Does Biff Afford These Things?
D:
I wish I could be first to comment once.
I love how Biff just overestimates things abilities. Reminds me of the all-pupose flour one.
I can see the next one now.
As Biff whizzes by in a tractionless car… “Biff realizes that coating his car with non-stick cooking spray was bad for traction.”
Or something of the sort…
Wow, that’s pretty slick.
As long as he doesn’t coat the tires with it, he should be alright. Since when did Biff have a black Pontiac G6? (the air intake and headlight combo is unmistakable) Worse yet.. when he coats his brakes with non-stick spray, resulting in a deadly (for a normal person) accident, ending with him realizing that he left his stove on.
Yay! this is the cheesiest joke Ive seen in a month!
Traffic isnt as bad here, but it is bad when only a 5 mile drive can take 30 minutes when our main highway is 45 mph
Awesome job drawing that car. I’ve now lost count of how many cars Biff has. Maybe his job is test-driving cars! I’m not sure if he’s ever had the same car for two comics.
I’ve tried to get a job that’s only a 10-minute walk from home. Haven’t gotten it yet, but I’ll keep trying.
Theme Week II: The Sequel!
Biff is brilliant.
Darn, Haragorn beat me to it, but the theme of the week is Automotive, which he did not say.
Hooray! Car theme week! …maybe…
Bart: Look, Lis. Non-Stick Coating
*Maggie slips and slides around wok’s interior*
That seems to be the thought that comes to minds.
Funny stuff here… 🙂
what happened to his flaming hammer?
Eddy said it was a g6 but its accually a vibe
Nice car looks like an BMW with that grill but I think it will be more succesfull with flies then cars… SUPERFLY!!!
Haragorn, good name-taking from Airplane II: the Sequel.
Mmm, pie-scented cleaner!
10 bucks to anyone who gets my reference.
he has wayy too many cars. and here there’s another one! im so jealous…. the green invisi-car is still my favourite tho! what happened to that one?
I find it amusing and disturbing that Biff owns the same car I do: a Pontiac Vibe.
A close call every two weeks. Maybe you should take another route home.
BTW: Nice car drawing.
My sweetie used to have to drive 22 miles from north Seattle to west Seattle to work. After the earthquake in 2001 killed the Alaskan Way Viaduct, the only way for anyone to get from north or central Seattle into west Seattle was by way of one bridge. That was when he started hating the commute for real!
Is this a different car than the day before, or did the non-stick coating change the color of the paint?
That doesn’t really smell that good.
Biff needs to get a garbage truck. Then, while in traffic you just hit the button that operates the frontloader thing. Thats what i did minus garbage truck.
I use non-stick cooking spray to keep microwave pot pies from sticking to their paper tins… it works really well and leaves the crust nice and golden brown.
He had a silver car last time.
