#1627 – Juiced

My current phone is powered by good intentions. Oh wait that’s right I don’t have a phone. What is this vibrating thing in my pocket then?

  1. My mobile phone seems to be powered by evil, because it likes to just stop working for no apparent reason! But then again, my mobile phone is seven years old, so maybe it’s not that weird… It works a bit like a remote control with old batteries; you’ll have to poke the battery around and slam the phone to the table, and then it will work normally again.

I think Biff kinda looks like a skeleton today… hehe…

Why do you have a 7 year old phone?!?!?

      1. Because it still works (at least most of the time), and I don’t feel that I need to spend a lot of money just to get a new phone. Also, I don’t use it that very often at all…

Ya I had a seven year old phone too. Unfortaintly it started acting up at the start of last winter and finally died early this spring. So I decided it was time to update to a smart phone. It’s nice but my montly payments went up 60 bucks a month 🙁

Is that the new iPhone 5?
    Also known as the IV?

Are you raising puppies in your pants again?

Theoretical speaking, this is possible by implanting a device that imitates a cell and absorbs nutrients from the blood flow, producing energy with it and put the waste into the blood again.
One has “only” have to find a way to make such a microplant and have it produce “only” nontoxic waste that can be filtered by liver and kidneys.

There are some battery experiments (recent MakeMag), but they involve pots of dirt and watering… Not something I’d want hooked up as an IV!
