#1164 – Hollowed

I’ve never gone to see a travel agent. All of my trip planning and booking has been done via the internet. I’ve only seen travel agents in TV and movies. I suppose that will keep happening as it’s more interesting to show 2 people having a conversation about a trip rather than just clicking around on their computer.

Very reminiscent of a recent series in the comic strip Rose is Rose — only those were about a squirrel who was a shady real-estate huckster. Maybe his brother is in the hotel biz …

So that’s how tree spirits get in trees. Man, I guess shady travel agencies are the things to start if you want easy money…

I never dealt with tree spirits when I lived in the forest. I guess it was because we cut down a few trees just to get decent reception.

I’ve never planned a trip myself, but when I was little, my dad always called a travel agent…and then we always got there on time while our luggage went to the other side of the continent. I got more new wardrobes that way…

What’s a travel agent? Out here when we wanna go somewhere, we points ourselves in the general direction of a major landmark for orientation and go!
