#1154 – Cooled

It’s not that I don’t like being approached by someone in a showroom I just wish that there was some way to signal the other 20 people circulating the floor that I had already been helped and could you please stop bugging me every 90 seconds I can’t even get to my actual destination in the store because of all the people with name tags trying to start a conversation with me can someone put a big sticker on my forehead or something that says “not now, thank you” so I can just make an intelligent decision as to if I should buy the 24 or 36 pack of double A batteries?

lol, that would drive me crazy.
reminds me of where i work, our self checkout machines have a motion dectector and whenever i walk by them, only picking up trash and reshops around the, they greet me as if i was a customer. I now always get the urge to pull the plug on the machines while i’m cleaning around them.

Okay, are those cups meant to be that pointy?

My problem with deciding on which pack of batteries usually consists of what type because I forget/don’t check in the first place. Sales people just annoy me because they have the annoying habit of sneaking up behind you. Completely and utterly terrifying when they happen to double as make-up artists, it’s halloween and the store is in the festive of things.

(Since I’m making a habit of saying this to everyone)
Have an absolutely BRILLIANT day today! Smile!

I love how Biff’s eyebrows are floating all curled together on top of the water

For the second time this week, Biff reminds me of Zordon from Power Rangers.

    Liquid Biff

Use Liquid Biff to avoid those shopping horrors! It won’t actually keep the salesbots at bay. But you won’t care about them anymore!

Biff really shouldn’t buy his AA batteries at a car dealership. After the destination fee, dealer prep, rustproofing, tax, tag, and title, his monthly payments are going to be enormous.

@ Gwid: yes. Water coolers often feature conical cups. Precisely what the point of this is, I have no idea. Guess they don’t want you hanging onto the cup any longer than you’re willing to hold it, since you can’t very well set it down.

They’re probably marginally cheaper to make since you can just roll one strip of paper into that shape.

As for the salespeople thing, it gets even worse when you’re familiar enough with a store to know more or less where things are, have a complicated set of things you’re looking for, or, god forbid, JUST BROWSING, THANKS. >.>

I had to deliver pizza to a dealership. And the manager tried to get me to buy a new car. Like look dude, I’m not in a great paying job as it is.

Of course, when you actually need a salesperson, they are all nonexistent

Used to work Retail electronics, Red Shirt specifically. We got in trouble for NOT going to greet each customer, but I usually paid attention to see if someone else had already done so. Besides me, there was only one other employee who could see over the aisles.
