#1731 – Nutrition

Bought a box of Cocoa Pebbles for the first time in many years. I usually eat some sort of mild granola or Rice Chex. Cocoa Pebbles was like a dessert and not very filling.

  1. I don’t eat cereal that very often at all, but if I actually *do* eat some cereal, it will always be one of the kinds that are more like a dessert than a healthy breakfast. And, well, I eat the cereal later during the day (and not for breakfast), so I guess you could actually say that these kinds of cereal work as a dessert for some people!

    I just stick with Honey-Nut Cheerios and call it a day. It’s not the hypersweet that you get with most of the “kids” cereals

    Beware of cereals that make their own ‘gravy’. Bachelor Chow is an exception.

    I usually eat whatever I get my grubby mitts on, but I am partial to things like Mini-Wheats, Frosted Flakes, or Grape-Nuts.
