Since there doesn't seem to be one of these already, I thought I'd start a getting to know you type thread. What is the demographic of the Biff Board?

Where are you from?
What is your job / what do you study?
How old are you?
Hobbies?
Family / pets?
Favorite web sites?
Books / movies?
And anything else you would like to add! Smiley

Go buy flash. And a 1000 page book on how to use it. You're set.

EDIT: It's Flash.

Wel, I got mine from my brother. You can buy it, but now that Adobe bought out Macromedia, you have to buy the Creative pack or something, which is really expensive. Also, you can just search downloads. I'll ask my friend for the site wher ehe downloaded his. :J

Where are you from? - The midlands in the UK.
What is your job / what do you study? - Right now I'm just finishing off college (which is about equivilant to the end of high school in the US) so I'll hopefully be heading off to University to study creative writing next academic year if I don't mess my exams up.
How old are you? - 17, nearly 18.
Hobbies? - I'm big on video games (major Nintendo fan, though there are plenty of 3rd party games I like too, Sonic games in particular) and music, though I'm not musically talented I do enjoy editing music with what limited tools I have and like to combine these two interests by compiling "alternative soundtracks" to videogames for when I play.  Of my more productive interests I enjoy writing and drawing (you can check out my stuff at my devART account in my sig) and when I'm not being lazy I combine these two activities to work on a comic series of mine (which is also on my dA account).
Family / pets? - I live with my Mum and step-dad, visiting my real Dad during time off college etc.  Also have two siblings, an older brother and younger sister.  We have two guneia pigs and a cat called Buzz, though I only really ever had a close attachment with our previous, now deceased, cat, Sparki.
Favorite web sites? - The only websites I'm active and have an account on are deviantART, Sonicanime.net, Livejournal and Youtube.  Normally when I join a new forum I lose interest in a matter of days, but I'm trying my luck here since everyone seems so nice and friendly unlike most places.  I also read a fair few webcomics, those being Biff (of course), Sam and Fuzzy, Gunnerkrigg Court, Fanboys, VGCats, Megatokyo, White Ninja and Punks and Nerds.  Oh, and I get addicted to reading random articles on Wikipedia for hours on end sometimes.
Books / movies? I do enjoy reading but can never stick with books.  Even if I'm loving the story for some reason I just lose interest and the bother to find time to read.  As for movies, I have pretty varied tastes, though my fave movies are mostly comedies and romantic movies which have some unique style to them (has to have that unique style though - romcoms are lame usually).  Comedies would be The Naked Gun series and Airplane! (Leslie Nielson is great) and I have a soft spot for Duck Soup by the Marx Bros.  As for the unique romance movies, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Garden State stick out as favourites for me.

So... yeah.

I'm going to Bath Spa University, which, unsurprisingly, is located in Bath (which is like, sort of, to the south west of the midlands I believe).  But yeah.
