Not really.  The english cast is actually pretty good.  Especially compared to the crappy job most other companies do to anime.  Funimation is pretty good at dubs.

@ Snake: Yeah, FMA is Fullmetal Alchemist, one of the best animes ever.

@ Kentan: I would use that, but a little while ago my computer had this huge amount of viruses and the like, so my parents have forbidden me from downloading anything until we get our blocker back up.

I was constantly watching the japanese version on my comp while watching the one on adult swim...so I got use to both.  Plus, Ed and Al sound pretty similar in both languages, which is pretty cool.
