I may be making some later on, if I can find the recipe.
We don't have any pancake (crêpe) mix, so I was just going to make Canadian pancakes, but the recipe on WikiHow has changed a lot, and I can't remember where I put the version I printed off a couple of years ago.
Recipe get, ingredients check is go!

I'm going to assume that Canadian pancakes are the kind I think of when I hear "pancakes", since we never refer to crepes as pancakes around here.
Had some the other day (pancakes a couple of weeks ago, crepes a couple of months).
Orangey has a knack for making crepes. Last time we made them, he got frustrated with how badly he thought he was doing and told me to make the rest. After I made two, he realized that he was doing a good job and took over again.

I prefer the thin and crispy ones, with sugar, lemon and Orangey juice on.
Pancake mix is just wrong. You either buy it store-made, or make it properly. With crêpes, not even store made is good enough.

Fat Tuesday yo! And tomorrow be Mardi Gras, Ash Wednesday, and the beginning of Lent, ya dig? Palm Sunday dogg! Soon's ya know it, it's Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
This weekend I'm going to the local Lions' Club Pancake Fundraiser. It's a big deal, packed every year. I was gonna go to 'My Fair Lady' at the Civic Center but instead I shall munch upon pancakes.

I very much hate most full breakfasts done in public eateries. The food is mostly cold, and, especially with bacon, is cooked barely past edible.
Hash browns are always delicious though, which I'm happy about.
