They're doing a series of theatrical performances based on each comic. Chris is happy because he only has to hire one guy, and it doesn't matter if he can speak or not.

I can't imagine a live-action adaptation of the Book of Biff requiring much of a budget as long as you chose the source comics carefully.

Once you made hundreds on the first one, you might be able to afford to animate the housejacking in the sequel.
