Isn't that actually a four-poster? A canopy has a bit stretched out of the entire top of the frame, rather than the curtains hanging from the frame.

Either way, I want something like that. Plus, this is what comes up if you google "canopy bed". I pretend to know more than god. Plus-plus, "canopy bed" sounds better then "four-poster bed" to me.

I would agree with that. I'd make a fort, but my room is entirely too messy and my bed is entirely too close to the ceiling. I've got a loft bed, see. It's a bed on top and a desk on the bottom and it is also ten times awesomer because me and my dad assembled it with nothing more than a handful of screws, a hex wrench, and good old American know-how. Also, copious amounts of duct tape.

That would be cool, and I could have used it back before I met Pel. But then sex would have been very inconvenience. Not that I use a desk anyway, I just do homework on my bed.

I have a bitchin' awesome desk. It takes up a lot of my wall space but I keep a lot of my important books and knick-knacks in it- I have a whole compartment devoted to things my brother gets me when he goes places.

My sister used to have one of them. My dad dissected a bunk-bed for it.

Mine has drawers, which are useful for storing the massive amounts of butt that tends to pile up in my room. I still need more shelf space or something, though.

I have a desk, but I've been planing to get rid of it for a while. All it does is take up space and collect junk that either I doesn't know what to do with at the time or people are trying to get the rest of the house clean.
