It is much too great for the pictures thread. On the MSPA forums they have a thread called 'Build a Fort!' inspired by Problem Sleuth and their forts. I realized that my desk was perfect for building one, and proceeded to make a fort and put the squid in it. I got my friend to take pictures through skype. It was awesome. Here are pictures.  The fort! I put the chair on it's side and incorporated it into the walls of the fort. The blanket is one of the extras we have from upstairs, it's big and kind of neat. I used two english textbooks to hold it on the desk. Also, I put the squid in there. So that's my squid.  A better view of the squid, and the inside of the fort. There are three pillows in there. Sorry the pictures are so pixelated. They were being taken from my friends computer via webcam because I couldn't get my own image to fullscreen.  Me, in the fort, with the squid. You can see it's suction cups! I was looking at the screen and not at the camera, which is why it looks a little strange. Y'all should build your own forts! And then take pictures! |

Low quality pictures FTW! Having it on the other side of your bedroom to your computer doesn't help. Looking along the den, fleece wall at the end, sleeping bag wall on the right.  Looking at the floor (aka my bed) with a red squishy stick-person like thing and Mr Goomba.  Through the doorway.  And finally, Whitefluff (the gorilla - bought, not homemade, unfortunately) sat in the corner.  |

Aww, I'm sorry, Juners!
I'd have to clean my room before I could make a fort, and even then, I'd have to take pictures with my phone- not very high quality! It is ultimately not worth the effort. I made one a couple months ago just to see if I still could. Unfortunately I broke one of my glass-jar candles in the process.
