You may not exceed thirty posts per page. What you put in those posts is entirely up to you, except if the mods deem something wildly inappropriate (note that we are only slightly less lenient than /b/ in that respect) or if Chris decides it would be funny to edit your post.
EDIT: Also, there are currently three threads devoted to random announcements and pointless nibble-nabble. The Latest Comic Discussion and Getting to Know You threads are not among them. We're all for going off-topic here, but we prefer it to happen in a more natural way than just shouting "I'm bored. Entertain me." out of the blue.
