I drink lots of water, milk, and Orangey juice. I'll occasionally have a soda or cranberry juice, but generally only have soda at parties and fast food restaurants. I don't care much for heated liquids.

And it was designed for people doing extremely vigorous training in the middle of a Florida summer. So, unless you're sweating buckets and working your ass off, the drink is about as healthy as, well, Kool-aid.

I used to guzzle Kool-Aid when I was younger. I had my favorite flavor(grape) the other day, for nostalgia, and I nearly gagged on the sweetness. An entire cup of sugar, just for two quarts of the stuff? And to think I used to put in extra sugar for the fun of it.
