Here's the flyer I handed out at NEWW:

They were just black and white photocopies but they worked really well so I'm going to have some professionally printed for the next show:

This one will also be double sided so I will probably pick 4 more comics for the other side.

Good choice, especially the first one.

They do capture Biff well, congrats.

I personally would only have one comic per flyer and have four different fliers printed, but that's just an aesthetic thing. That and it may make it so people are more apt to pay attention to the fliers.

I think I prefer the comics on the front side. They just tickle my funny bone better.

Yeah, I prefer the comics on the front, too. Though, I can relate to the fuel rod comic.

I might print some out, just to keep around the place.

Maybe walk around handing them out to random people, hoping they don't attack me.

The concept is to have more general humor on one side and more geek humor on the back. So depending on the show I'll hand them to people with the appropriate side facing up.

I relate more to the room trash compactor comic, especially at the end of term.

You should have a couple different fliers. Then you will have people who collect one of each and make booklets out of them.

...oh I'd TOTALLY do that. Especially if they're double sided.

I'm pretty good about it, better then most anyway. Though, by the end I'm sleeping on a three by five section of my queen size bed.

There's a reason there's a bunch of butt in my room. It's all USEFUL! Most of it's sewing stuff. I'd hate it if the garbage thing ate my squid before I finished it.

Flyers are so awesome! Man, I'd totally have you sign one if I saw you at a convention.
Also, I'd tackle-hug you. So if you're in a convention near here, Chris darling, keep on your guard.

It wouldn't; haven't you seen Star Wars? The squid would live in the trash compactor and eat wandering protagonists.

It's gonna be about the size of a person, maybe longer if you count the two long tentacles.

You know, Scarfy, given what you told me about it, I was picturing more... arm-length than ginormous. I like ginormous better.

Also, Chris: I, personally, am in favor of the multiple flyers idea.

You could even sell signed complete sets in the store.

Given that each tentacle is comprised of half of a jean leg (cut lengthwise, not across) I don't know why you were expecting it to be so small.

Gawd my room is a mess right now. And entire third of my floorspace is being eaten by the squid and it's unstuffed stuffing bits.
