One thing I could do is write the url on the chalkboards at my school, circle it with a DNE, and repeat.

I'd do that, but our teachers got annoyed at us writing on the whiteboards, and made a rule against it.

And yeah, I advertise on Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal (smbc-comics.com) weekly.
Thats where i caught your ad...or shall I say your ad caught me. or my eye. or that part of my brain that makes me laugh. ironically enough, I found SMBC through Explosm.net (aka Cyanide & Happiness) a couple of months back while wasting time at my old job...As far as advertising ideas, I only frequent major sites myself (yahoo, Myspace, Craigslist) and Explosm.net. I know explosm has a pretty good following.

*waves* I found you from TWCL forums. I suggest going on Project Wonderful, from there you can do a search on sites with just absosmurfly OBSCENE amounts of traffic and maybe only have your ad go for a couple hours, only cost you a couple $$... Like um. http://icanhascheezburger.com/* or http://www.cnn.com* *May or may not have PW ads on them. I remember the actual day Cheezburger had their PW ads. I actually had an ad on their front page before they turned into a Google-farm.... for like 2 hours... Ugh.

What I'm saying though is either a) hitting up a few high-dollars or b) asking the high dollars for some temporary dedicated space? Something like that? Otherwise you can randomly go around trying to find traffic links on sites. Some people have the traffic link right on the front page... I used to before I cleaned my site up...

I remember a site I saw recently composed entirely of ads. Unfortunately, I lost the URL.
