I switched out the single stumbleupon button under the comic for a bunch of little buttons for different linky sites like reddit and digg. I would appreciate some clicks from anyone here that uses those sites!

When I first read this topic's name, I thought you were going to start selling Biff Buttons. Like, to pin on things.

I was excited...

Did you decide that now, or have been planning it for a while?

Planning for awhile. I was going to have some made earlier this year but decided to wait until I could afford to just buy the machine myself. That way I will be able to make them to order and not have boxes of them to store. (like the 50 boxes of books in the basement) I'll also be able to make short runs of buttons that I wouldn't be able to otherwise. Like a set of the Biff smileys from the forum for example. Maybe 5 people would order them and I would just make those 5 sets. I wouldn't be able to do that if I had to order 500 of them at a time.

Heh. If I can get my parents to get them for me, they'll have to fill in that part....

Yay book orders!

Make sure you order soon if you want to get them this year. I'll be on vacation from the 20th through the 4th so anything ordered past the 19th will go in the 2009 column. Smiley

I still need to order book 3 and a shirt. I guess I can buy it with Christmas money, or for Christmas. I'm not entirely sure what I want to do.

Fat's the best bit of bacon.

I like fatty & non-crisp bacon. This may be due to the fact then when I make bacon crispy, it's more of a blackened crispy. I'm sure that Orangey can do better than I.

I do like it crispy, but I prepare bacon in a different manner than most; rather than skillet-frying it, I place a plate with another, smaller, plate upended on it in the microwave and put the bacon on the top plate; that way, the bacon drains nicely and gets crispy, rather than getting soggy as is the wont of microwaved bacon, and it's hard to burn bacon in the microwave.

If you're having trouble visualizing the plates through all those prepositions, it's a bit like this:

    ________
\_/________\_/

It only works if your plates have a decent lip.

My favourite is streaky, unsmoked bacon, preferably with a slice of bread dipped in the fat (Liquid stuff in the frying pan, unless you call it oil.)
