My dear brother went and spilled Coke near this finest computer, so most of the upper keys are rendered useless, including exclamation marks, aterisks, 'at' symbols, dollar signs, percentage and the like. It slurps badly. The other comp has a fully functional keyboard but the shift key has a tendency to stick.

If you run Vista, you could try the on-screen keyboard. If you have XP, there's probably an on-screen keyboard function somewhere.
