I've never seen this done before, so I'll give it a shot to see if it works.
basically, you play card games in the forum, with a dealer to say what the cards are, and the players to play.
you need enough people to play and deal, who are going to be online for a while, or come on frequently enough to play(decide in game).
The dealer (he doesn't actually play) gets an actual deck of cards, shuffles and deals, looks at each hand and PM's the other peple what cards they've got. they then tell the dealer what they do(posting, not PMing), and the dealer plays it with the cards, and PM or posts the results. you could also make it up, but it could be a bit unfair.
I Doubt if it'll work, but it might.

You could take it in turns to be dealer if you wanted to, but anyone who does play favourites is just plain sad and is stupid.

Stud's easy: you pay to get in (probably 2TD for this), I deal two face-down cards and one face-up card to everyone, and betting proceeds starting with the player with the highest face-up card; I deal one more face card to everyone, we bet, I deal, we bet, I deal, we bet, I deal one more down card, and we bet one last time before revealing. It goes faster than it sounds.

My friend actually taught me gin a little while ago. And how about we play Dealer's Choice Poker? It's a good way to get in some variation.
For those who can't figure it out, in Dealer's Choice, when the dealer changes, so does the style of poker.
