Actually, it depends on what part of the country you are from.  In Minnesota, a welfare state, it is possible to be both a redneck and have disposable gadgets.

I like the comic, but Biff isn't really like Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal; well, it's sort of like one of the more lucid editions, but for the most part it's pretty different.
