I know it's a bit early in the season, but does everyone here celebrate Christmas?

One of my favorites too. Who cares that I'm agnostic; Chrismas is about giving (and getting).
Not to mention it's an excuse to not get school.

I'm going to give your sister salmonella and herpes for Christmas; she asked for them.

I got giardia for my last birth-day, and I loved it.

Okay, you know how people are alway saying lol? thats for laugh out loud, and people use it for things that make them giggle...but that....that made me literally LOL, REALLY LOUD! I don't know why I found that so funny....

For me, Christmas comes out of the attic the day after thanksgiving. Christmas has the most boxes, and they are at the very back. I, being the youngest, didn't hit my head on the ceiling until 4th grade, but now I'm the same height as mom and I'm still being sent to the back. Our attic is long, and skinny, and really cold, and I have to run across the splintery floor, pushing boxes for who knows how long....

I got to set up the village though. We have these little light up houses and stuff, and we make a really nice snow village. This year, its on the piano...

I can't wait to get a tree!

I seem to be more desired of holiday side-effects. Good atitudes, snow, Christmas specials, and the overall warm feeling you get round this time.

I just ignore them. You know what's fun to do though? Be "on the outside looking in". I love to observe events from a seperated veiw. It gives new light to ideas.

yeah, Its always nice to stand back and look at something...I find that its rather easy for me to be in someone elses shoes, as long as I don't personally know them. Once, I was watching this thing off youtube, an interview with Tom Baker, and they were showing all this stuff from the 70s when he was young. Hes really old now...anyways, later, I got this HUGE wave of...I don't know. It felt really weird. I somehow knew what it felt like to be really old, looking at all the stuff that you used to do when you were younger...It was strange, and really out of character for me...Ever since then, I've been trying to get that to happen as often as possible, with as many situations as possible. I find it helps with my acting.  Smiley

@bandgeek
Off the internet, and in gift shops...a friend of mine got yeast for his birthday...it was pretty cool...

@MP
We have some bulbs for balance, but we have amassed quite a collection of other ornaments. We each have our own that we hang every year, and then there are some family ones...

the newest addition will be a colored glass globe that I made this summer. It was really fun. I had never blown glass before, and even though the room was boiling, it was awesome.

I just love the stream of thoghts that starts with a new situation. I am a DEEP thinker.

That happens to me, but I'm one of the people who has a train of thought that goes offroad. I'll start thinking about one thing, and end up thinking about something completely different. Then I have fun trying to track my thoughts back to the start.

All aboard the topic train!

My family has bulbs, then a bunch of regular store-bought ornaments, then, since I have three younger brothers, several pounds of handmade craft decorations.

I remember once I started thinking about one of my friends at school, and ended up thinking about the book "The Littlest Prince". I was like, how'd I end up here? Weird.

Its just a train of thought...

What gets in the way is when I'm talking, then I think of something and change the subject really abruptly...It catches a lot of people off guard...

luckily, my friends are used to it..
