Upon reflection, I decided that, for clarity's sake, I shall provide an example:

Person O'Personson says, "My goodness, what a wonderful day."

Unfortunately, at that moment, a passing fighter decides he would make great target practice for his new Ride By Attack feat.

"AAAUUGH!!!" screams and bubbles Person, as he tries to hold in his viscera. "Is there a cleric in the house?"
