Chapter: Comics
Most of my swimming experiences have been in cement pools at hotels or water parks. It’s always a novelty to go swim in a beach or lake. Usually the first thing I notice is hey… this water is moving! Then It’s usually something like… what. am. i. stepping. on? And “oh yeah, salt water!”
If you weren’t here over the weekend, make sure to check out Saturday’s awesome guest comic!
Also check out this amazing hand-made wooden Biff rocket puzzle by the fantastic Mr Chris Yates!

An illustration for the book “Yellow Stream” by I.P. Freeley …
or run in the yellow rain
Pools are superior to ocean, at least in New England. Either the water is too cold or the sand is too hot. There are barely any waves to speak of here. I’d rather chill by the pool where I can do dives and swim laps and not step on seaweed or jellyfish.
Grug: But not yellow pools.
@Grug Yes, and have the problems Biff may be having. 😛
Theres waves up in Maine, too bad Im less of a surfer than “that lunatic getting beat up royally by the waves.”
I find it amusing that this comic contains no yellow pools, giants, or even any visual signs of giants, such as an enormous tower.
And if you do get caught in the yellow pond make sure you have your goggles.
