It would be great if junk food was a little more difficult to obtain. I will sometimes allow myself a candybar only if I want it bad enough to walk the mile to the nearest convenience store to get it. This strategy falls apart around Halloween though. My kid specifically saves my favorite candy for me. I can’t let such a gesture go uneaten.

I’ve heard of spouses being enablers for one another and parents being enablers for their children, but children being enablers for their folks? You poor sonofab–I mean, you lucky sonofagun.
I think I may have seen a picture of an actual dumbbell spoon or fork somewhere on the internet, but I can’t remember when or where… Or maybe my memory is fooling me yet again.
I would probably get a good workout if I had a weighted coffee cup!
