Even years later, I still have my sleep patterns try to stick to the old Daylight Savings Time dates instead of the current ones. Right now, I’m either waking up an hour ahead of the alarm, or getting a scare as it goes off, because my body thinks it’s way too early. I should be recalibrated in another week or so.
Just like that day a few months ago when I thought that I had overslept and was late for something… On a day when I had absolutely nothing to do and could sleep for however long I wanted to!! And guess what? I was so stressed out by this, so I couldn’t go back to sleep again!
