It just started getting cold enough that I enjoy hot tea again. It’s weird how gross it tastes when it cools off. I was just drinking the same stuff with ice a week ago!
Last year, about this time, I posted your “Limbotea” panel to my Facebook page, and a lot of my family agreed with it. I figure sometime next week, I’ll stop making tea ice cubes to add to my morning 64oz travel cup of tea to cool it down, now that the hot months are done.
I must be kinda weird (but we all know that, right?). I can drink ridiculously hot tea at any time of the year, even in summer. Same thing with soup as well. I also eat ice-cream in the winter. Why does everybody find this so weird?
If you leave the teabag in while it cools, it will get much stronger and more bitter. Also, iced tea has the ice in it to dilute it a bit.
