And then the man in the moon would be replaced with the ad in the moon… Oh no…
There is an old science fiction story about a planned experiment at a Lunar colony where a chemical compound was to be sprayed during a New Moon, and as it would get far enough away, and hit by sunlight, would cause a bright glow that could seen from Earth, and measured and analyzed by labs around the world. Seems a certain soft drink company from Atlanta paid off one of the Lunar scientists to place a small stencil over the nozzle, and while the experiment went off as planned, the moon had a slowly expanding advertisement across its’ face for several weeks afterward.

What does this have to do with Biff?
The sad part is how true this is. Once we have the technology, we will have clouds turned into advertisements.
