I work in retail. I know this tragedy. I call it the Jolly Virus. Main symptoms include sparkling ‘rash’, glittery nose and in rare cases, holiday spirits.
Oh god, this is perfect. I hate glitter. It gets everywhere, and just when you’ve think you’ve washed it all off…
You put your fingers anywhere near your eyes within 2 weeks of being near glitter, and you suffer for it…
Glitter is evil…
But they’re the gift that keeps on giving – I loooove ’em!
I work at a craft store and glitter never, ever goes away, no matter how much you scrub and mop. it is the herpes of the craft world.
Wow, another Biff Gif! It took a while for me to see the animated glitter, though (Maybe it hadn’t finished loading when I first looked at the picture?).
Or six months after you broke up with Tinkerbell, you still find little things that remind you of her.
If it isn’t the cards with glitter on them, it’s the cards that play annoying music when you open them, so that everybody turns to look at you. How do I spit in a card with everyone watching?
Just kidding – it’s easy.
Forget the glitter, I’m still sweeping up pine needles from my tree…though that is rather self-inflicted.
My school teacher friends refer to glitter as “the herpes of craft supplies” because one’s it’s on you, there’s no getting rid of it.
