Chapter: Comics
Calamari is one of those things that I heard the name of for many years before I actually knew what it was. I suppose there were a lot of foods that I didn’t completely understand at first. I know it took awhile before I understood that hamburgers and steak came from cows. I learned that milk came from cows and hamburger was made out of beef. I didn’t think to ask what beef was.

At last! Proof that someone else exists!
Or wait, he may be talking to himself. We all know Biff can be odd…
Especially when he gets it very fresh.
Question is: what is that arm thinking of with that knife?
We always knew that something else existed – The Gungerlock!
But I worry… Biff sashimi..? 😮
Hong Kong Fugu! Numba One Supa Guy!!!
Gong chicka gong chicka paka chicka gong chicka
Pow wow wow chicka Pow wow wow…
…and then it occured to me that I’d completely lost track of the theme.
Beware the BLACK INK!
“It’s sort of a pastel black”
– THIS IS SPINAL TAP (the DVD menu)
I ate calamari before I knew what it was. When I learned what it was… I ordered another plate.
The Duck Has Spoken.
@i.half4;
You win the Comments. 😛
In this case, you *really* don’t want to know what “rocky mountain oysters” are…
@ kaitou–I know what rocky mtn oysters are, and they taste better than they sound.
At least we know that the octopus is fresh :).
I love the murderous intent in this comic as much as I love calimari and other seafood (a lot).
@everyone
There are TOO other people in the comic. We just happen to have blessed perspective of only seeing Biff.
That phone looks like it should have a cord running to its base.
Also, I wish I had a knife wielding octopus; 8 knives = whirling vortex of slice-y death.
Looks like something sharply objects to being on today’s menu…
Uh. Nolstalgia for the author week?
Hmm… I noticed that a lot of people think calamari is octopus. As a cook nd an Italian, I can tell you it’s really made out of squid, but i assume Biff could find a squid that giant!
You say ringed, I say rung. Unless there’s a definition for ringed that I’ve never known. <_<
@Polymorph – Sure, “Composed or formed of rings.”

Well, there I have it.
For years I thought calamari and caviar were the same thing.
In reality, one is delicious. The other is just gross.
