#753 – Bin

I remember when we got our kitchen garbage can it came with a lid that had a flap on it to push the garbage through. The lid wasn’t really much fun. You need an open air garbage can so you have room to balance things on top. And then when you get something large and flat like some sort of box you get to use that to compact the trash deeper into the can and squeeze another few days out of it. Lids just spoil all of that garbage crushing satisfaction.

Well, chris, I souppouse that’s one way of remembering.

I am germ-phobic as anyone can be, so my room/housemates are lucky I am meticulous about stuff like that. >_<

  2. Monkeyman says:

Hahaha, seems like Biff’s gotta room mate, I guess the garbage just decided to attack though.

  3. hunt says:

by room mate you mean rubber duck right?

  4. Michael says:

I can’t remember, have we ever seen another actual person in The Book of Biff? Not just some hands of someone off panel or something, I’m talking a whole person.

  5. Tasha says:

Pfft. Biff is too cool to be seen with other people.

  6. Jean says:

    I wonder who Biff’s roomie is…

  7. PsychoDuck says:

Biff’s roomie is Biff from an alternate dimension/timeline. Anything else just wouldn’t be right.

    The Duck Has Spoken.

  8. Biff obviously rigged the garbage to remind himself to take it out. He probably used his rocket hands.

    1. Arcan says:

Even if I am years late responding to this, I still have say: I am now anticipating a crossover between tBoB and Schlock Mercanary. Perhaps Schlock will discover that Biff is the future of the A-morph species.

  9. Colin says:

but whose turn was it last time?

  10. Drakey says:

My parents have done that to me with laundry and the dogs.

  11. Micah says:

    It’s roommates week!

  12. Polymorph says:

@Jean Biff is his own roommate.

  13. Space Butler says:

remembering to take the garbage out is nothing but a source of grief for me…but I suppose Biff has it worse, heh

  14. Space Butler says:

Having “suddenly” preced the rest of the sentence exponentially increased the quality of this joke.

  15. Hoyrel says:

Read the whole Archive through in one sitting, haven’t laughed so hard in a long time. 🙂 Thanks for the medicine Chris. *laughter is the best medicine after all…*

Meanwhile, I work nights, so my only chore is keeping quiet and resting for work. I feel so privileged.

  16. Dzelda says:

Knowing what I put in MY garbage Im quite sure i wouldnt enjoy it unceremoniusly dumped on my person, or on my bed for that matter. XD

  17. baughbe says:

I agree with Polymorph. I think Biff lives alone. The whole thing is delightfully creepier that way.

  18. Chris says:

    @Hoyrel – Awesome, thanks!

  19. bubo2000 says:

heh – when i was younger, i used to sit and code till late night and drink some soda and eat crappy food and leave all the junk thrown on my desk. my mum usually got up earlier than me, saw what i had done and just threw all the junk into my bed (which was unfortunately just above my desk). so i know how biff feels now, poor lad 🙂

  20. Jackson says:

    implied roommate ftw

  21. Marr965 says:

No roommate ftw. I reckon Biff just bought some sort of “Remind Biff when the garbage gets too full-o-matic”.

  22. Bishop says:

I see it as a situation like being woken up by your pet cat, who wants to be let out first thing in the morning. The garbage wants to be taken out, and this is how it lets Biff know.

  23. no name says:

@ Michael – Does Biff seeing himself in the mirror count as another person? If not, then there’s never been anyone else

    DEFINITELY roommates week.

  24. arkcine says:

my family dose not have a problem with taking out the trash … but rather it seems that my mom wont let any one throw anything out.
especially old food containers from store bought goods

  25. SharkJumper says:

Pedal-operated lidded trashcans ftw. Takes weeks to fill up the trash, so a lid is necessary to keep the kitchen from smelling awful.

  26. Nicoli20 says:

In an earlier comic, we found out that Biff has spare heads. Maybe he built a roommate that looks exactly like him. 0__o

  27. -2! says:

The roommate is clearly the toaster.

  28. Linzleh says:

You know the blue garbage is oddly fascinating….what could it be? The Biff household is enduring disgusting stuff this week! @Psycho Duck: I agree this is the work of an alter dimensional Biff roomie.

  29. Jackson says:

All this talk of alternate dimension roommate Biffs is reminding me of Space-Time Condominium.

  30. kagedviper says:

i like how there is no next button ^.^

  31. Ceramic says:

For garbage, it looks rather colourful

  32. steve says:

It’s nice to see that Biff didn’t have disposable income at one point.

  33. BrainpanSonata says:

I’m always the one who takes the garabage out… and it’s the only day of the week other than Sunday where I set my alarm clock. There have been times where I didn’t and ended up waking up to the sound of the trash truck while thinking “Oh, CRAP! It’s THURSDAY!”
