Chapter: Comics
Sometimes a problem turns out to be bigger than you thought. Usually for me it will be some sort of household repair. I’ll diagnose the problem, get some parts from the hardware store then get out my tools and get started. This is when I’ll discover that all the parts I bought are wrong and I don’t own the proper tools to do the job. The frustration really starts to kick in when I know that the 5th trip to the hardware store will solve all my problems but they close in 15 minutes and they are about a 14 minute drive away.

Hmmm… I could see where that would be irritating. I reccomend Biff do what I do and start storing food noone would want to eat hin his fridge.
Mice were never a huge problem when I was growing up, it was always the ants that were far worse. Some mornings you’d wake up and there would be thousands of them converging on a piece of cake you forgot to cover the night before. Not only did were you forced to clean up thousands of ants, but you were out a piece of cake as well.
Woah….
I`m scared of mice now…
3rd post ftw!
That must’ve been some mouse… I just hope that Biff gets a mousetrap proportionally as big as it and that any other vermin doesn’t get that big…
story of my life
You don’t need mouse traps for that. You need to run away. XD
Boy, that’s gotta be one heck of a mouse (and eventually an expensive trap).
Undercompensating week?
Wow he needs an exterminator or a huge cat!
We learned that mice would never be a problem for us when one of our mice got out of it’s cage and one of the ferrets proved her prowess as a hunter.
Mice were problematic. I’m of the Southern brew and my family lived on a road named after us because the whole area was (or currently still is) owned by my great grandparents or their children as fertile farmland.
Peanuts and cotton attract lots of field mice.
Maybe it could be house chores…like garbage, and dishes and fixing things..and getting rid of pests, very large and scary pests.
Or maybe just pest problems in general…maybe he will get attacked by moths…or have a shirt made of moths…poor biff.
Oh I forogt to add…. HAPPY DECEMBER EVERYONE!!! YAY!!!
Mice that big do not require traps.
If your shotgun can’t pierce its hide, resort to tactical nuclear weaponry.
Giant stuff week?
@AdmiralChaos: I think a nuke is going a little overboard.
A harpoon gun would work just fine.
House pests week?
Also, random fact about mice and rats, did you know that they don’t actually like cheese? In fact, it’s poisonous to rats.
Yes, since buying my own home I have learned one truth. You never make one trip to Home Depot.
@Admiral chaos
I’ll drive up to Sudbury and get some Uranium!
I know such frustrations.
I’m trying to get my computer repaired, and getting the right kind of video card has been like jumping through hoops.
on that note, anyone have a decent APG videocard that they can overnight?
My dad can fix almost any thing, we went without a refrigerator for a week or 2. It sucked but he got the parts and fixed it.:-)
We live out in the country and normally keep a cat to keep out the mice, well all of our past cats have been great mousers, until my little brother chose this new one. The cat makes a good pet, its extremely friendly, but all it does is eat, sleep, and walk around, it hasn’t caught a single mouse since we got it. One time I was feeding the cows, and as I was pouring the feed from the bag into the bucket a mouse ran out of the bag, the cat was standing right next to me and it saw the mouse but didn’t do a single thing. Oh well, I love the little thing, he sits on my shoulder like a parrot, that is just cool.
@AdmiralChaos
There’s nothing ‘tactical’ about nuclear weapons. The radiation and fall out and residue kills off any tactics to be used for about 50 years.
However, a MOAB would suffice just as well.
The tactics involved in using a nuke is blow stuff up until it dies to death.
@Kurast: They’re called “tactical” to differentiate them from strategic nukes. Tactical for battlefield application, strategic for when you really need to blow up a country.
Oh, and I only make one trip to the hardware store: buy a new one.
@AdmiralChaos: use a flashbang/firebomb combo.
For those of you that dont know, these are kinds of grenades.
Oh come on! A more entertaining way would be to simply get a rpg and a flak mine. Let the flak mine get its attention, then blow it with the rpg!
foghorn and 88m APFSDS, anyone?
I just hope Biff doesn’t use that ‘expensive mousetrap’ he used last time
Perhaps the Idea is to ingore the problem until it breaks, needs to be replaced & then the problem goes away all together ?
As for Biffs bigger mousetrap problem, might I provide a warning :O)

and THAT kiddies is why i dont keep my 5 foot long pyton in a tank and why i never have to buy food 😉
food for the snake i mean….
I’ve heard tales from my brother of being at summer camp, and having a rat run off with an entire slice of pizza.
