I like restaurant style nachos where you get a plate piled 10 inches high with meat and cheese and beans and chips and salsa and guacamole and sour cream. I can never finish them by myself and have to take the rest home. They’re not very good as leftovers. The chips become all soggy and I kind of have to eat them with a fork. I sometimes wish they would just sell them as the chips and a really fancy bean and cheese dip to eat them with.
