Chapter: Comics
Well I hope you all enjoyed the first spontaneous theme week. It may happen again at any time without warning. Five points to the first person that can name the store that Biff purchased his new listening material from.

FIRST! w00t! I enjoyed Pizza Week.. I like this comic too.. hahahaha.
Oh wow. Pizza week = Love.
The end.
drum-roll please….. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-BAYY!
…what?
This reminds me of the old days… with the vintage DJ earphones, vintage Pick-up and vintage Pink Floyd discs…
Also, it reminds me of the pizza I ate last winter…
Dominos? Anthonys pizza? Vintage food? pizza hut?
All the stuff Biff can do with pizza…I’m craving some pizza right now.
^_^
This reminds me of the Apple commercial I just saw where this guy puts all his records on an Ipod with a turntable converter, so I’ll guess the Apple store.
My first thought was, “Vintage Vinyl”, a store I live nowhere near. Although we have “Vintage Stock” in our area. But, I’m considering LdrJagMan’s response of eBay, pending a review of Weird Al’s lyrics. I can’t think of any mention of pizza in that song, but it’s been a while since I’ve run it through my system, so I could easily have forgotten. I should be going to bed right now, though.
Or maybe Vintage Pizzaria?
Same store as Crazy Harry from vintage Funky Winkerbean? God I loved that comic when I was kid, but I can’t remember where Crazy Harry bought his “records”.
If Biff was from Iceland I would say Wilson’s Pizza but since he’s not my guess goes to Pizza Hut 🙂
Turn-table pizza. (like round table, but ficticious and delicious)
Theme week rocked, That is all.
This is by far my favorite of the series
Shakeys!
I’m going to say Little Caesars, because their pizzas have started to get pretty freakin’ thin lately.
um…this comic…is…weird, well maybe he needed a new record, because he tryed to make the record compatable with his computer
woogie boogies maybe thats were he bought his record
Dominos
A theme is the start of a plotline…and plotlines mean death!!!
Don’t worry Ksullvan, I don’t plan on starting a plotline, I just grouped a bunch of pizza jokes in a row. 🙂 I have other themes planned for the future but some of them will be a lot harder to spot than this one, like the name of the store from this cartoon. No one has come close yet, and with such an amazing prize of 5 points I’m sure there will be many more guesses.
jewel perhaps?
or maybe dominicks
everyones going with actual pizza places, try stores maybe
>.
Tower Records, lol. I have no idea. I love the pizza theme. xD
Well I don’t see, how much longer this could go for but I don’t want it to stop I had pizza last night for dinner and I’m pumped over this.
Bose! Also I madew a biff weemee, one of those aim theme zwinky things. I’ll post it later
Godfather’s pizza? DiGiornio? Chuck E Cheeses?
Years ago, we had a record store near my home called Licorice Pizza.
It’s just too good a pun to pass on..Sorry…
OMG. I loved all of these. For some reason this didn’t show up on my friends page on livejournal.com, minus the one yesterday so I got to see all of them in one shot. Nice theme week, it was brilliant! 🙂
7/11?
Wiggly Piggly (or whatever it’s called)?
Antiques-R-Us?
I’d say Papa John’s, but the crust’s too thin… maybe it’s not delivery at all. Digiorno’s and Red Baron come in a wrapper, right?
My guesses are Safeway, Food lion, or Pathmark, then.
I’m gonna go with “Mark’s Pizzaria” just because I’ve seen multiple commercials for it on tv lately and they have the most annoying jingle in the world.
People he asked where the new Listening material came from not where the pizza came from. I’d say Radio Shack.
Does anyone remember the character of “Crazy” from the old comic strip “Funky Winkerbean”? I remember that he had a habit of playing frozen pizzas on his turntable… until he got tired of pulling anchovies out of his woofer.
Omg, I think I have it…. the shop from the movie High fidelity!!!! O_O
the pose, the name, It must be that one! (but I don’t know the name of the shop >
Yes! Worcov gets partial credit! 2.5 points.
(/_^)/ woho! now I can die happy^^
If Championship Vinyl sold pizza, I’m sure it would be from there. (Unless I accidentally picked up a High Fidelity reference where I shouldn’t have)
…and Stephy gets the other half of the 5 points!
Woohoo! High Fidelity is one of my favorite movies.
Top Five reasons to read Book of Biff:
5: Theme Weeks.
4: Amusing commentary and anecdotes.
3: Weekdaily amusement that’s readable from work.
2: Responsive author!
and the top reason of the top five list to read Book of Biff: An awesome pizza/high fidelity combo reference!
I like this comic for its use of real life circumstances 😀
You’re just trying to mess with my mind, aren’t you?
PLEEEAAAAASSSSSEEEEE!!!!!!! I BEG U CHRIS! NO MORE PIZZA GAGS!!!!!
(As good as they are…) Okayyy….
Haha, c’mon guys! Vintage pizza! It’s in his top pizza list! He got it from Top Five Records!
so the hole pizza week is over huh, please chris make just one more,i know you have one more pizza joke in your repitior.oogh,i just got a supernatural chill.
All this talk of pizza is making me hungry for some… And I haven’t had any for the whole week! Why must you torture me so, Biff and Chris? Why!?!
Lovely comic, of course.
It’s not delivery, it’s Digorno.
lol.
And, good times.
Am I the only one that thought of the old record store “Licorice Pizza”?
I too have a few “vintage” foods in my fridge as well. You have just got to sample my vintage 1984 milk…That was a good year for milk.
wow.. i think i might have pizza nightmares now after the pizza week!!
strangly enuff, i ate pizza today
That’s it, I’m ordering a pizza.
I say it’s one of those pizzas you get at the grocery store that come vacume packed.
Didn’t *anyone* get the 5-point question? What about Papa Murphy’s??? When I lived in Seattle they were the only pizza restaurant around that sent the pizzas home in a plastic wrapper! (Because you could buy the pizza raw and cook it yourself at home–it was one of the most popular chains around in the early 90s where I was living because they were allowed to accept food stamps.)
I loved the pizza theme week =) Although the downside is that I now have a massive craving for pizza, even though a) I’m allergic to dairy and b) I can’t get cheeseless pizza in this town and c) I have no equipment or ingredients for making homemade pizza.
Curses.
I’d like the pizza week too, but…
BTW, I wont kill you for thinking Im extremely weird, but…
I don’t like pizza.
And BEFORE you ask why, it’s for 2 reasons.
1. I am an alien from Shqwpadinug, and we never had pizzas there
2. I don’t like melted cheese. It tastes funny to me, or It might just be the Tesco value cheese I used to get, but I just dont like it.
(We had Tescos back on Shqwpadinug ^_^)
this has been very cheesy ha ha.
