I find it funny that a 1997 comic is being compared to a 2004 tv show, but very funny nonetheless, and wots wrong with water powers! I would kill for water powers! I would kill WITH water powers!
Psychokinesis, technically. Telekinesis is a subset of psychokinesis, along with hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, and so on. Much like telepathy technically covers everything from emotion-sensing empathy up through mind-reading and emotion-warping clear to mental domination and puppeteering.
Or I might be playing tricks on you all with this. I am a Discordian, after all.
If you pay attention, one person described biff not as telepathic, but telepathetic. Whether intended or a slip of Freudian kind, nothing could be more accurate
You obviously disobeyed us, as you are posting your memories of Incident 257 on the Internet. Government agents will be visiting as soon as we find time for the paperwork.
Random Seer, you obviously did not obey us as you are posting your memories of Incident 597 on this webpage. You are now a threat to national security. Government agents will be arriving at your house shortly.
(W00T, Avatar is amazing. XD) Yeah, I think he’s both The One, and the Avatar. x3 But hey, who wouldn’t want to stay home and blow stuff up with your pwnsome powers? THERE IS NO WATER. 8D
Classic.
One of the best so far….umm…aside from that whole slingshot one
Biff has powers…
a water bender, like in Avatar: the last airbender
I wish I could do that… Though if it is a side effect from Biff’s “misadventures,” never-ye-mind.
biff is really telepathetic
he bought it at three in the morning
So that’s why Biff is not relaly smart! His brain is being used for another functions…
I suppose it’s a tad easier than Neo’s “Spoon-Bending” trick…
Pfft. Biff is so cheating. He’s using sideways gravity!
Are these the Sundays that Biff ISNT annoying the rodent population?
he has a mind!?
What strange coincidence that I read up to the comic before this, left to play some Avatar on the Wii, then came back to read this comic. Wow!
did you type that with your wii?
I love the internet channel
*blinkblink* Does he have a telepathic transmitter in his head?
zomg avatar!
it says he WOULD do it, but he’s busy with his RC cheese
yay Avatar!!!
Biff is imortal, so of course he has telepathy. Or at least able to bend water.
Biff is The Avatar, not Ang. =D But like Neo, he lets Ang have all the fun so he cans tay home and blow stuff up.
my little brother once made me watch avatar, the next day i made my boyfriend watch it and now its our favorite show =D
Woot, hydromancer.
People see that and think it’s cool, but I see someone with this power being about as useful as Aquaman.
Who cares about usefulness, it’s fun! Also it makes Biff make a funny face. Kind of like, “Yeah water, bend, or else…” Intimidating, no?
hey, you could probably catch water balloons in the air with this power, and send them right back. Or make one big water balloon, like in Invader Zim.
You could annoy sharks, and traumatize fish!

Aquakinesis (the ability to bend water) is a much needed power, but sadly only a few out of 100 psychic users can truly use water in such a manner.
“I find it funny that a 1997 comic is being compared to a 2004 tv show” -Brent
*le gasp!* Avatar stole the idea from Chris’s binder!
Why do you people say “telepathy”? Telepathy is mind communication. What you mean is teleKINESIS.
Anyhow. Great mind exercise for a sorcerer. I gotta try it.
…okay, and now where is my mop?

Do you believe that?
Discordian! Wonderfully amusing religion/joke/religion/joke.
Gotta keep the balance.

He has no powers, he just knows that THERE IS NO WATER!
I saw a guy do that two weeks ago. The government took him away and told me to forget what I’d seen there.
Is the government gonna come for Biff too?

Maybe Biff is Aang in disguise….. They’re both baldalicious!
Clearly the CIA thought it would be funny to use our username. Pay the second post no attention.
that would be soooo cool!
I’d rather have pyrokinesis
hey looks so different!
Hydrokinesis would be pretty cool, so long as you have the cruel, twisted imagination to use it.
Biff, Biff, Biff. No putting plastic wrap under the tap!
What, no more remote-controlled cheese?
So THAT’S how he survived all those fire-related incidents! 😀
(W00T, Avatar is amazing. XD) Yeah, I think he’s both The One, and the Avatar. x3 But hey, who wouldn’t want to stay home and blow stuff up with your pwnsome powers? THERE IS NO WATER. 8D
Lol, avatar reference. So Biff’s like Neo combined with Aang!
torg you’re amazing XD
Anyone else notice that the water is stopped by the side of the panel?
The movie Avatar did a terrible job of stealing this idea.
I meant Avatar: The Last Airbender.
is this in the house on the hill still? because i thought biff learned his lesson…
