It could be Boston… those backgrounds are kind of ambiguous. Sometimes they look like a city sometimes they look like those funky mountain shapes you get in the southwest.
I dunno why, but when you said “Funky Mountain Shapes”, I just saw the hills in the background of the old Mario games with the faces on em. And it fit too.
Ugh, that reminds me of those gel pens that my Mom is always buying. So freaking annoying when you’re finished writing, and the words all or go right through the paper >
… I want to write a letter to the president (even though Im Canadian) on black construcktion (sp?) paper with white out.
I dont know what it would say.
@Tasha: That’s right! Anything Biff writes is written in blood! Either this explains why he didn’t bleed when he got that papercut, or the papercut is proof that it’s not Biff’s ink-blood.
no heavy ink biff! is that boston in the background?

those “Funky mountain shapes” you’r talkign about are called Mesas, or Plateaus.

His letter receiver is going to wonder about the giant Ink blot.
It still counts as a blot when it covers over half the page (and a good deal of the desk)…?
Maybe…either way he seems to be paper training his pen. ^~
he should write the letter with white out now.
It looks… like an evil space slime.

I hate those things! Both gel-pens, and evil space slimes.

YAY boston
That would be an interesting Ink Blot test.
Wait a second! If Biff bleeds ink, then is this ink from himself? or worse, someone else?? Now we know what happened to everyone else in Biffworld!

wow, that pen can hold more ink than you’d think.
I assumed he filled a mechanical pencil with ink. That’s why it falls out like that.
Only at the Book of Biff can comics inspire the phrase ‘Pen Puke’. Bravo, sir.
